An online booking reserves a 30-minute visit time at Krivera. It does not by itself confirm that a particular scan, clinical service or report is appropriate for you.
2. Assessment and billing
The appropriate examination, eligibility, preparation, pricing and billing are confirmed separately by the Krivera team. Published website prices are intended to be transparent, but the final service selected depends on the assessment actually required.
3. Accurate contact details
Please provide a correct name and working mobile number or email so we can identify and manage your appointment. Keep your booking reference safe. It is used together with your contact information to access the patient tracking page.
4. Arrival and timing
Please arrive in reasonable time for registration. If you are substantially late, the next patient’s appointment must be protected and Krivera may ask you to wait or choose another available time.
5. Clinical suitability
Some examinations may require additional clinical information, referral details or safety checks. Krivera may decline, defer or modify a requested service when it is not clinically appropriate, cannot be performed safely, or falls outside the facility’s current scope.
6. Children and persons needing assistance
A parent, legal guardian or appropriate responsible adult may be required where applicable. Please contact Krivera in advance if assistance or special arrangements are needed.
7. Not an emergency service
Online appointment booking is not monitored as an emergency communication channel. For urgent or life-threatening symptoms, seek appropriate emergency medical care immediately.
8. Operational changes
Equipment, staffing, safety or other operational circumstances may occasionally require Krivera to delay or reschedule an appointment. We will use the contact information provided to notify you where reasonably possible.
9. Acceptance
By reserving an appointment, you confirm that the information entered is accurate and that you accept these appointment terms together with the Privacy Policy and applicable cancellation/rescheduling policy.
