1. Who is responsible for your appointment data?
SMKavi Indo-Euro Private Limited, operating Krivera Longevity Diagnostics (“Krivera”), manages the personal information submitted through this website appointment system.
2. What we collect
For an online appointment we ask for your name, mobile number, appointment date and time, and optionally your email address. A booking reference and appointment status are generated by the system. Please do not enter medical history, symptoms, reports or other sensitive clinical information into the booking form.
3. Why we use it
We use these details to reserve, identify, confirm, track, reschedule or cancel your appointment; to contact you about the appointment; to manage clinic capacity; and to maintain an operational record of bookings.
4. Separate clinical systems
This website is only the appointment reservation system. Scan selection, clinical registration, billing and reporting may be handled separately through Krivera’s clinical systems. Those records may be subject to additional legal, professional and retention requirements.
5. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell appointment information. Data may be processed by technology and hosting providers that support the website, security and database infrastructure, and may be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect patients, Krivera or others.
6. Security
We use access controls, encrypted web connections and restricted staff access to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid submitting information that is not required for the appointment.
7. Retention
Appointment information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for appointment management, operational records, dispute handling and applicable legal or regulatory requirements. Clinical records maintained outside this website may have different retention periods.
8. Your choices and rights
You can view, reschedule or cancel an eligible appointment using your booking reference together with the mobile number or email used for booking. You may also contact us to ask about your personal data, request correction where appropriate, or raise a privacy concern. Applicable rights are governed by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as it comes into force.
9. Technical data
Our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser information, request times and security logs. The appointment pages do not intentionally use your booking information for advertising.
10. Changes
We may update this notice when our services, technology or legal obligations change. The current version will be published on this page.
